Unresponsive and buggy

Im having a very negative experience with the app: the maps load very slowly on my iPhone 4, and when I asked the app to download the map for Calgary (the city Im in right now, it eventually crashed one time and another time refused to do anything).

I love the idea of offline maps, and the interface of the app is clean and friendly, but more work needs to be done on the back end before I can give a higher rating.
